Dr. Richard Bravman
Assistant Clinical Professor, Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, Boston University Goldman School of Dental Medicine

Doctor Bravman graduated from Clark University, New York University, and Tufts University School of Dental Medicine. He completed his oral and maxillofacial surgery training at Boston University/Tufts University combined training program in conjunction with Boston City Hospital in 1983. Doctor Bravman is a member of the staff of the Department of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at Boston City Hospital/Boston Medical Center and Assistant Clinical Professor at the Boston University Goldman School of Dental Medicine. For over 25 years Doctor Bravman has volunteered his services to our training program, supervising ambulatory general anesthesia cases in an operating room setting. He has been in the private practice of oral and maxillofacial surgery for over 25 years in Hyannis, Ma. He is a Fellow of the American Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons and a Diplomate of the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery. His areas of interest are ambulatory general anesthesia, dental implantology, orthognathic surgery and bone grafting. He is also on staff at Cape Cod Hospital where he has been on multiple committees, served on the Board of Trustees, and was President of the Medical Staff from 1994-1986.
