Doctor Caldwell completed his oral and maxillofacial surgery training at the University of Kentucky Medical Center in 2002. He also obtained a medical degree from the same University in 1999. Doctor Caldwell maintains a busy private practice in Concord, MA. He is a Fellow of the American Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons and a Diplomate of the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery. Dr. Caldwell performs elective and urgent surgical cases at Boston Medical Center with the oral and maxillofacial surgery residents and also takes trauma call at the hospital.
