Emergency care is available. During regular hours (8:30 a.m.-5 p.m.), call 617/638-4670 (100 East Newton Street) or 617/358-1000 (930 Commonwealth Avenue). If you have an emergency after hours, call 617/638-5795, ID 8766. The clinician on call will assist you.
If you have an emergency when you are out of the Boston area, the plan will cover your care. Follow-up care must be provided by a dentist at the centers. You must notify the plan of your out-of-area-emergency treatment as soon as you return home.
