who is eligible?
Employees may choose to enroll just themselves (individual coverage) or themselves and their dependents (family coverage). Eligible dependents include:
- spouse
- unmarried children up to age 19
- unmarried children between the ages of 19 and 25 who are full-time students
- physically or mentally handicapped children of any age
