ARTICLE IV CHANGES IN THE BYLAWS

he bylaws may be altered or amended at any meeting of the Faculty by an affirmative vote of two-thirds of the faculty members present, provided notice of such proposed amendment is stated in the call for the meeting at which action thereon is to be taken
