Fiber optic high-speed and low-speed handpieces, water spray, saliva ejectors, and high speed evacuations are included on the unit, and electric handpieces will be added in the future. A touchpad communications system at each workstation allows faculty to administer spot quizzes or full examinations and obtain raw scores and statistical evaluations of performance in real time during the class.
